Conn Alto Sax Shooting Star horn in orig. case - very good condition in Galena, Illinois For Sale

Conn Alto Sax Shooting Star horn, comes with original Conn hard case. The serial number is Lxxxx3, which means it was made in the late 60's.
This is from my father's personal collection. He was a band director for over 30 years. This is a student saxophone with minor scratches and only one ding on it at the bottom of the horn.
Has a little wear on the bottom also but a really well cared for instrument overall. Inside of case very nice - velvet looking good.
Outside of case is okay but that's why the horn isn't all dinged up; the case took the beating. The case has one closed-top-compartment inside to store things like the mouthpiece, mouthpiece cap, and neck-strap that comes with it. This horn was recently examined by a local band director and will need only re-padding. Buy with confidence that this is a good instrument. Local pick-up.
